They allowed the storage of bags in the reception both before check-in and after check-out to collect on the same day. The hotel is very close to the underground train lines and a lot of nearby places to explore even by foot. I found no problems with the wifi. Every time housekeeping came to clean the room, I got two bottles of water which is nice.

The staff was extremely helpful, quick and friendly. The location was great, very close to all public transport and great for getting ubers as well. Also very convenient, there is a 7/11 right next to the hotel.

I liked the design of the hotel, the size of the room, its location and that there was a very nice electronic toilet seat and big bathtub in the bathroom.

We had booked the designer suite, it was huge, bed was massive and extremely comfy, everything was clean, we had robes and amenities refreshed daily aswell as daily clean, check in was quick and easy staff were lovely, despite having read negative reviews we really enjoyed our stay and our room

Very pleased with our stay at the Designers hotel. Toiletries were always replenished, the staff was helpful, very accessible and very easy to check in and out. Walking distance to the train station. Clean and spacious room.

Strategic location, a walking distance from the Dongdaemun History and Culture Park train station (Line 4); there’s also airport limousine bus service to the Incheon Airport - the bus stop is located within 300m from the hotel.

staff are very nice and helpful. I stay almost one month, it's make me feel like home and will come back this hotel for sure when I travel Korea again.

The airport luminous stops just in front of the hotel. This saved me slot since I am coming from abroad with Alot of luggages.
